SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, Mich. (WNEM) – Charges will soon be filed against a man accused of being the center of an hours-long stand-off in Laingsburg on Wednesday.
TV5 has learned Thomas Gagne is in jail with no bond and his arraignment is Monday, March 9. Gagne is accused of going into the backyard of his Laingsburg home and firing off a shotgun five times. Police say he holed himself up inside the home for about 11 hours.
