Dobie Road Ingham County Medical Care Facility is a county-operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Okemos, serving residents of Ingham County and surrounding areas. The facility provides both short-term rehabilitation services and long-term residential care for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities or ongoing medical support. With a focus on quality care and a homelike atmosphere, the facility offers physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with 24-hour nursing care.
The center operates as a nonprofit, county-owned facility with a mission to serve the community regardless of ability to pay. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private pay, and works with families to coordinate care transitions and discharge planning.
