A 37-year-old man is being held on a $100,000 bond in Shiawassee County for a standoff last week. Police say Steven Lockwood caused a shelter in place incident on March 4 after an alleged assault involving a weapon at Woods and Fields Mobile Home Community. Troopers searching the Owosso Township home where Lockwood was believed to be hiding found it empty before lifting the advisory.
