EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The East Lansing City Council could vote Tuesday on two proposed ordinances aimed at reducing the number of homeless people in the downtown area.
The proposed ordinances would ban people from sitting, lying or sleeping in city-owned public structures, including parking ramps and restrooms.
