LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Three Michigan men were sentenced in Eaton County’s 56th Circuit Court for their roles in an identity theft and fraud scheme that targeted more than $579,000 in unclaimed property, according to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
Averill Dintaman, 47, and Daniel Nolan, 51, both from Mount Pleasant, and Dwayne Johnson, 60, of Saint Louis, pleaded guilty to charges related to the half-million-dollar conspiracy.
Yesterday, Johnson was sentenced to 12 months’ probation. Dintaman was sentenced on December 11, 2025, to 3 to 20 years. Nolan was also sentenced to 3 to 20 years on January 29, 2026…
