EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Andrew Lyon, the East Lansing Police Department officer at the center of two federal civil rights lawsuits resigned April 3, City Manager Robert Belleman told 6 News Investigates Monday night.
“It is my understanding that Lyon resigned on Friday,” Belleman said. “He turned in his letter of resignation.”
