Michigan legislative leaders outline policy priorities as lawmakers return to Lansing

LANSING, Mich. — Lawmakers returned to Lansing on Tuesday following their spring break, and they now enter of the most active times of their calendar.

On their first day back, it appeared to be business as usual, as lawmakers sat in committees and considered bills, but big decisions loom.
