LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — An internal Food and Drug Administration memo, made public this month by a Senate investigative panel, reveals that agency scientists found no pediatric deaths they assessed as definitively linked to COVID-19 vaccines.
The Dec. 5, 2025, memo, released by Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., represents the first structured, case-level causality review of all pediatric deaths reported to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System following COVID-19 vaccination.
