LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The RTC is turning its Bonneville Transit Center into a cooling stop this summer, offering free water and sunscreen while teaching riders how to stay safe in triple-digit heat.
The agency said temperatures at some bus stops can reach 122 degrees, even hotter than the air temperature.
