Las Vegas Restaurants Get Green Light for To-Go Alcohol Sales With Meals

Restaurants in Las Vegas that already hold a license to serve alcohol on-site can now apply for a new endorsement that allows them to sell alcoholic beverages to go, as long as the drinks are purchased with a meal.

The Las Vegas City Council approved the change Wednesday, amending city code to create the endorsement option for qualifying restaurants. City officials framed the update as a local rollout of a broader statewide policy shift rather than a standalone measure.
