How Many DUI’s Before You Spend Time Behind Bars In Nevada?

Sean Larimer, age 36, seems to have a slight problem. He either doesn’t understand that driving drunk is against the law, or doesn’t care. Either way, he seems to have gotten himself into quite the pickle with Las Vegas area law enforcement.

According to the recent report issued by 8newsnow, Larimer has a rather checkered past; as a teenager, he drove drunk with three of his friends in the car and the three friends died in a crash when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a wall. Imagine having that on your conscious for the rest of your life.

As if that wasn’t enough to learn the lesson, Larimer apparently continues to imbibe and get behind the wheel of his car. Last August, Metro police were called to a crash site where one witness told them that a man was driving around the area erratically, attempting to park his car but was unable to do so. The man was later identified as Sean Larimer. Hours later, Larimer’s blood alcohol level was 0.36; the legal limit is 0.08!

In December of 2023, Larimer pleaded no contest to the DUI charge from August, and because his juvenile record was sealed, neither the prosecutors nor the judge were aware of the teenage incident involving the death of his three friends. Had they been aware, it is believed they may have viewed his current case differently.
