Another 100-degree day on Wednesday meant Las Vegas broke its record for most 100-degree days in a year. It’s been a hot one!. I don’t want to hear any of that “it’s a dry heat” stuff. Heat is heat and being hot is being hot. There’s no fooling yourself on a 100-degree day, you can’t escape it or talk yourself out of it. Now, the city of Las Vegas has had more 100-degree days in 2024 than any other year. September 25th marked the 101st day this year where temperatures reached over 100 degrees.
