The Mayor of New York City Eric Adams has issued an update on the safety of New Yorkers after the terror attacks in both New Orleans and Las Vegas on Wednesday.
Several parts of the USA remain on red alert after the horrifying incidents , with major investigations being launched into both by the FBI.
Taking to social media, Adams said that he was in “constant communication” with the city’s Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch “after the attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas .”

He continued: “While there are no immediate threats to our city at this time, out of an abundance of caution, we have heightened security and have increased NYPD presence at relevant locations.”
Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s stance on the issue took aim at migrants, insisting they are “breaking” the country – while also pinning the blame on Democrats.
