Mark Wahlberg recently sold a 2.5-acre plot of land in The Summit Club, Summerlin, Las Vegas, for $17.25 million, according to Clark County records. Wahlberg had purchased the land for $15.6 million in 2022 with plans to build a custom home valued at $25 million. However, the building project did not proceed, and no construction permits were issued before the sale.
