LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Rebecca Swank, an employee at the Las Vegas Convention Center, has filed federal charges against the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 and her employer, Sodexo, for allegedly seizing full union dues from her paycheck without her consent.
With legal assistance from the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, Swank submitted her charges to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
