Las Vegas, NV – The Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC) has confirmed the deaths of three inmates in its custody last week at two prisons near Las Vegas.
The deceased have been identified as Marc McCurdy, 70, Montana Munday, 36, and Craig Crosby, 55. McCurdy passed away on Thursday at Southern Desert Correctional Center in Indian Springs, while Munday and Crosby died on Friday and Saturday, respectively, at High Desert State Prison, also in Indian Springs.
Indian Springs, located about 45 miles northwest of Las Vegas, houses multiple correctional facilities, but the NDOC has not disclosed whether the deaths were related or if foul play is suspected.
