Alleged gang leader accused of killing aspiring rapper in North Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Federal prosecutors have accused an alleged street gang leader of killing an aspiring rapper in North Las Vegas back in 2021.

The allegation is included in a sweeping criminal complaint filed against Eugene Henley Jr., 58, who was charged Wednesday with violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, or RICO, Act.
