LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Fremont Street performers are calling on city leaders to take a closer look at the issues they face on one of Downtown’s busiest streets.
Cristyna Winters is a balloon artist and recently wrote a lengthy letter to the City of Las Vegas and the Fremont Street Experience because she said she is fed up with inconsistent enforcement of unclear rules.
