Motorcyclist dead in southwest Las Vegas crash, police say

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A man has died in a crash at the intersection of Russell and Lindell Roads Wednesday morning.

Las Vegas police say the crash happened just after 5:30 a.m. and involved a sedan and a motorcycle. The 37-year-old man was pronounced dead on the scene.

According to evidence and witness statements from the scene, the motorcyclist was traveling westbound on Russell approaching Lindell with no posted stop sign or traffic signal. A Nissan Altima was heading southbound on Lindell when it ran a stop sign, ultimately hitting the motorcycle, the news release said…
