LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The sister of the second woman murdered by the man accused of killing a Las Vegas woman is speaking out in the wake of his arrest.
Oswaldo Perez Sanchez, the alleged killer of 26-year-old Tabitha Tozzi, has been arrested in Mexico in connection with the murder of another woman, Vivian Aispero.
Metro authorities identified Perez Sanchez as Tozzi’s boyfriend and the gunman responsible for her death two years ago…
