LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A fostered dog bit and “substantially” harmed someone during a fight with another dog at a Las Vegas area park recently, according to Clark County.
The update is in response to reports of a dog named Lucy that bit someone’s finger and was facing possible euthanization.
