LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Las Vegas man, Idriss Qibaa, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for extortion, money laundering, stalking, and sending threatening text messages to injure and kill two people and their families, including children.
United States District Judge Richard F. Boulware II also ordered Qibaa to three years of supervised release, a $75,000 fine, and $200,000 in restitution.
