LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A flight crew reported a “potential mechanical issue” aboard its plane as it departed from Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport on Friday, according to an airport spokesman.
American Airlines Flight 2981 departed from Reid International Airport at 12:54 p.m. for Charlotte, North Carolina. After its departure, the flight reported the potential issue, and emergency responders were put on standby.
