Nurse practitioner pleads guilty to Medicare billing fraud

Las Vegas, NV (Dept. of Justice) – A Las Vegas nurse practitioner has pleaded guilty to conspiring to fraudulently bill Medicare in exchange for illegal health care kickbacks.

Mary Huntly, 67, was charged with one-count of conspiracy to defraud the United States and pay and receive health care kickbacks. Huntley will be sentenced in October.
