LAS VEGAS — A Vietnam veteran and his family are reaching out for community support after escaping a devastating house fire at their home on Eleanor Avenue on the morning of July 13.
Arthur Lucero, who served on the front lines during the Vietnam War, recently faced another battle after undergoing major heart surgery following a heart attack in Albuquerque last month.
