Police looking for more victims of Las Vegas man accused of lewdness with child

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are investigating whether a man accused of sexually touching a 9-year-old child may have other victims.

Court records show that Thomas Dodd, 74, is facing five counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan police, Dodd met the child’s family at church and invited the child over to his house to watch movies. The alleged inappropriate touching occurred during that time.

Dodd was arrested on July 24, almost two weeks after the alleged incident. Dodd was being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bail. He paid the bail and was released from the detention center on July 28.
