LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A driver accused of causing two crashes that left a trail of damage, including one man critically injured and an hours-long power outage in the west Las Vegas valley, is facing several charges.
Roberto Olivas, 27, is facing charges for DUI, reckless driving resulting in substantial bodily injury, no proof of insurance, and driving an expired, unregistered vehicle, according to records.
