A 20-year-old man accused in a deadly shooting and carjacking spree in North Las Vegas has pleaded not guilty to state charges. On Thursday, Aerion Warmsley appeared in Clark County District Court for his arraignment. He is charged in connection with the killing of 23-year-old Na’Onche Osborne at Aliante Casino, according to News3LV.
In March, Na’Onche Osborne was fatally shot in Las Vegas. Aerion Warmsley, who is accused in the case, is also alleged to have carried out a series of carjackings across the Las Vegas valley that led to a high-speed police pursuit. Officers, reaching speeds of over 100 miles per hour, stopped the vehicle Warmsley was in using a maneuver that disabled the car, as mentioned by KTNV. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 5 for a status review of the charges.
