Woman accused of kidnapping Las Vegas officer after stealing from Target: police

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A woman is accused of kidnapping a Las Vegas police officer after she and three teenagers were caught stealing from a Target in the southwest valley, according to an arrest report.

Keneshia Dixon, 35, faces several charges, including conspiracy to commit robbery, kidnapping, burglary, resisting a public officer, battery on a protected person, and three counts of child abuse, records showed.

On Aug. 1, around 7 p.m., a loss prevention specialist at the Target located at 4100 Blue Diamond Road near Valley View Boulevard called police to report a theft inside the store. The employee told police that four women were concealing items near the baby department…
