LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Paradise Palms resident, Rose Hokenson, reported a recent trespassing incident at the notorious squatter house on 3369 Nahatan Way.
Hokenson said her security cameras captured a man breaking into the property around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
“Yesterday, about 3 p.m., there was a guy. He was in the backyard. I caught it on my camera,” Hokenson said.
The property, deemed an imminent danger by Clark County Code Enforcement weeks ago, has been a hotspot for illegal activity. Hokenson described the trespasser leaving with a “big, red bag full of stuff,” which was later dumped in the backyard, including empty pill bottles and other trash.
The property has reportedly been breached by a group of squatters, allegedly led by a woman known to neighbors as Queen or Queenie.
