Las Vegas unemployment rises amid economic changes

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – New numbers show Nevada’s unemployment rate is among the highest in the nation.

Economists told 8 News Now that it’s not just bad luck, but rather the lingering aftershock of a city built on tourism, which is still adjusting to a changing economy.
