Henderson man sentenced to 25 years for 2003 murder after DNA links him to the crime

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The man arrested for the 2003 murder of a woman in Henderson has been sentenced to up to 25 years behind bars.

Court records show Judge Michelle Leavitt agreed this week to impose the 10- to 25-year prison sentence, part of a guilty plea agreement that Ricky Lee Trader, 48, reached with prosecutors this year.
