LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — In order to qualify for in-state tuition for college in Nevada, an option for students is to have a driver’s license or registered vehicle that’s 12 months old. Some students, attempting to start this process, hit a snag due to the cyberattack closing Nevada’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices with no set reopening date.
