Clark County group combats child hunger with food aid

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — September is Hunger Action Month. Every day, more than 100,000 kids in Clark County don’t get enough to eat. A local organization is working to bridge the gap.

In Clark County, free school breakfast and lunch programs keep kids fed during the week. But what happens on the weekends when school is out? That’s where the Serving Our Kids Foundation steps in.
