LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Clark County coroner has reported nearly 300 heat-related deaths so far in 2025.
The coroner sent a release with the update Thursday afternoon. The total number of deaths so far this year where heat was a factor is 279. The coroner says this number is not final, as 90% of cases take up to 90 days to investigate the cause and manner of death.
