LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two of the three suspects charged with plotting to set off a small explosion at a Las Vegas restaurant were still not in custody as of Tuesday.
An arraignment hearing was held Tuesday for John Navarro, Sarah Lianne Hernandez and Phillip Daniel Munoz Gonzales after a grand jury returned indictments against them last week.
Navarro, who was arrested on Nov. 15, appeared for the hearing and pleaded not guilty, but Hernandez and Munoz Gonzales were not present…
