LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The man who admitted to police that he killed an 11-year-old boy during a road rage incident appeared in Henderson Justice Court on Thursday with the child’s stepfather testifying.
Tyler Johns, 22, is facing a first-degree murder charge with a deadly weapon for killing Brandon Dominguez, according to the Clark County District Attorney’s office.

Henderson Justice of the Peace Barbara Schifalacqua ruled on Thursday during a preliminary hearing that Johns was being bound over to Clark County District Court to face his charges. But before that decision was made, several witnesses testified in Henderson Justice Court about what happened on the morning of Nov. 14.
