LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The family of a man killed in a car crash Saturday night is calling for stricter driving laws after police said the driver who hit him was suspected of being impaired.
Sarita Moreno said she is still in shock after losing her husband, Julio, in the crash. She described him as a loving father and devoted husband.
“He was a very loving father, devoted son, devoted husband. He loved everybody. He would do anything for anybody. He’d take the shirt off his back if we had to,” Sarita Moreno said…
