Legal aid files 20+ complaints against CCSD for failing foster kids with dyslexia

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has filed more than 20 special education due-process complaints against the Clark County School District.

They claim that the students, all of whom are in the foster care system, have dyslexia and have been denied access to basic literacy instruction.
