One of MGM Resorts International’s physical locations is being sued by a man that claims security detained and falsely imprisoned him.
A lawsuit was filed on December 18 in Clark County District Court.
Allegedly, security at the Mandalay Bay casino-hotel detained Stephen M. Soldis after assaulting him criminally.
