LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 16-year-old driver was cited Wednesday morning after a pickup truck struck a crossing guard outside of a school in Bullhead City, Arizona. The crossing guard, a 48-year-old woman, was flown to a Las Vegas hospital for treatment.
The male teenager, who was not identified in information from the Bullhead City Police Department, received a citation for failure to control speed to avoid a collision, and no current vehicle registration. He stayed at the scene.
