LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A judge sentenced a man to probation after a jury convicted him of beating a CCSD bus driver.
In November, a jury found Otis Tanner, 50, guilty of burglary of a motor vehicle and battery on a protected person, records said. During a sentencing hearing on Dec. 29, Clark County District Court Judge Maria Gall sentenced Tanner to probation for 18 months.
Should Tanner violate the terms of his probation, Gall will send Tanner to prison for 14 months to four years, documents said…
