2 customers allegedly stabbed a Las Vegas KFC employee over gravy order

LAS VEGAS (TCN) — Two men have been arrested on attempted murder charges in connection with an assault and stabbing in a KFC restaurant.

On Dec. 27, 2025, Gerald Carter, 32, allegedly went behind the counter at the restaurant to confront employees about an issue he had with the gravy in his order, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

His uncle, James Carter, 48, then allegedly followed. The names of the victims have not been released, but according to police, surveillance footage showed Gerald Carter stabbing an employee and James Carter punching an employee and placing him in a chokehold for several seconds, the Review-Journal reports…
