Marufuku Ramenis set to launch its second Valley eatery this Spring. According to the Review Journal’s Neonoutlet, Marufuku Ramen will open at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170.
The restaurant recently announced that the new eatery to come to Downtown Summerlin is set to open in February.
The San Francisco shown is known for its Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen with umami pork broth, thin but filling noodles, and chashu braised pork belly. Marufuku Ramen was founded in 2017 in San Francisco’s Japantown by Japanese entrepreneur Eiichi Mochizuki, who wanted to bring authentic Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen to the Bay Area after finding a lack of quality options.
