LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A prison warden no longer works for the Nevada Department of Corrections after an employee claimed he bit his ear at the department’s holiday party.
Manuel Portillo previously headed the Southern Desert Correctional Center, located near Indian Springs.
The employee walked into Las Vegas Metro police headquarters the day after the Dec. 13 holiday party at Palace Station to report the alleged battery, according to a report obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators…
