LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — North Las Vegas baker Kari Garcia arrived at her shop, tsp. baking company, at 2:30 Friday morning, to a shattered front door, making her a victim in a string of vandalism. Devastated by the sight, she took to social media to inform the community about what happened, and the community answered.
“I open at 8 am,” Garcia said. “7:45, they literally filled the lobby with their children before they went to school, and literally sold us out of cupcakes. We almost have none.”

Thousands of people viewed her post and stopped by tsp. baking company to show their support, volunteering to pay more than the menu prices to contribute to repair costs.
“I couldn’t ask for any better customers in the whole world,” Garcia said. “We’re a safe space to come and celebrate whatever life event you’re having, or your traumas that you’re having, because a cookie will solve all your problems.”
Customers made sure the bakery’s shelves were nearly clear throughout the day…
