LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Students at several schools across Las Vegas walked out of their classrooms on Wednesday to protest ICE actions
8 News Now education reporter Joshua Peguero was at Desert Pines High School, where dozens of students had walked out as part of the protest around midday. Students across the Clark County School District joined the national walkout as well.

Students at Desert Pines said they were worried about their safety regarding decisions made by ICE.
One student said that school administrators “decided to look at us, point at us, make gestures at us and they also decided to laugh in our face.”…
