Las Vegas court OKs contest of entrepreneur Tony Hsieh’s dubious will

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A will purportedly signed by late entrepreneur Tony Hsieh can be legally contested, a Clark County district court judge said Monday.

Hsieh, 46 at the time of his death, never recovered from complications due to smoke inhalation after being rescued from a house fire in New London, Connecticut, in November 2020. He led retail giant Zappos for 20 years and retired as CEO back in August. He played a pivotal role in the revitalization of Downtown Las Vegas and left some $800 million unspent before his death.
