Las Vegas family holds mass to honor motorcyclist killed during pursuit

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Countless family members came together Tuesday to honor 28-year old Ali Moussaoui, the motorcyclist who was struck and killed by a stolen Salvation Army bus allegedly driven by 24-year old Jalen Felton.

A mass for Moussaoui was held at St. Sharbel’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, Jan. 27th, nearly one week after the incident. Although Moussaoui’s life was cut short, friends and family came together to talk about the impact his life had on others.

“God has chosen to give Ali a short-lived journey,” said Moussaoui’s cousin, Shadi Kassas. “In his short-lived journey, Ali has touched so many people and made a positive impact to their lives. He was kind, loving, generous, righteous, and good to everyone.”…
