EVERY cell phone and landline user will be forced to pay a new surcharge in Clark County, Nevada – and the fee is set to go up each year.
The charge will be due in just a few months, starting from April 1 this year.
All landlines and cell phone lines will be charged $0.50 in April, and the cost will increase by ten cents every year.
